Ellie regularly attends and presents at symposiums, such as 2024 AJIRN conference held at Monash University. Elle presented her PhD research, exploring the 'sound of Love' through composition and improvisation.

Among various world music styles, Ellie has explored Greek Rebetika fusion in jazz saxophonist Con Campbell's original PhD compositions. This music was revied positively by Skylark magazine:

Ellie plays cello, harp and violin in the Celtic-inspired band Eirinn, who have just released their single 'Manannan', recorded at Real World Studios, London.

In 2024, Ellie conducted the talented Luther College Youth Orchestra iwho performed her  original composition at Melbourne's prestigious Hamer Hall.
